Please read this document carefully before using the y110 platform. By registering for or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all terms stated below.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the y110 platform — including the website and mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and y110 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform after any changes to the terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
The y110 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. y110 reserves the right to request age verification at any time and to suspend any account that fails to prove eligibility.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on y110. Creating multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. y110 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to safeguard your login details.
- Use a strong, unique password for your y110 account.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- Log out of shared devices after every session.
- Contact customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct
Y110 users agree to use the platform solely for lawful entertainment purposes and must not engage in any activity that is illegal, fraudulent, disruptive, or exploitative of the platform's systems.
The following activities are expressly prohibited:
- Use of automation software, bots, or scripts to play or access the platform.
- Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of y110's systems.
- Identity fraud or the submission of false information during registration or verification.
- Misuse of bonuses, promotions, or incentives in a manner that contravenes the applicable promotional terms.
- Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity conducted through the platform.
Violating any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any associated balance.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions in MYR
Deposit
Y110 accepts deposits in MYR (RM) via supported payment methods including, but not limited to, online banking transfers, local e-wallets, and instant payment options available from time to time. All deposits are processed in RM and no currency conversion is required.
A minimum deposit may apply depending on your chosen payment method. For the latest deposit limits, check your account settings after logging in. y110 is not responsible for any deposit delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to satisfactory identity verification. y110 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements.
Withdrawal processing times range from one to five business days depending on the selected method and internal verification process. Any fees charged by banks or third-party payment processors are the responsibility of the user.
All transactions are final once processed. y110 does not guarantee refunds on settled bets.
Account Suspension & Closure
Y110 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of terms, illegal activity, or any conduct detrimental to the platform or other users.
Users whose accounts are closed due to a terms violation may not be entitled to recover any remaining balance, subject to the outcome of y110's internal investigation.
Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within seven business days.
Platform Liability Limits
Y110 provides this platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding its continuous availability, the accuracy of information, or its fitness for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, y110 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform, including but not limited to:
- Service interruptions due to technical maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.
- Financial losses resulting from game or betting outcomes.
- Data loss or damage on the user's device.
Intellectual Property & Platform Content
All content on the y110 platform, including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, software, and other visual elements, is the exclusive property of y110 or its licensors. This content is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, publicly display, or use any content from the y110 platform for commercial purposes without explicit written permission from y110. Using the y110 brand name or logo for any purpose without prior authorisation is strictly prohibited.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Y110 reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the terms will be published on this page along with its effective date. Continued use of the platform following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
